摘要
针对下游用户在使用我公司82B盘条时出现开卷、放线断裂情况,对试样断口形貌、化学成分、气体含量、金相组织等进行了分析。结果表明:盘条金相组织正常,成分、气体含量正常,符合标准要求。断口处盘条内侧存在擦伤,是盘条出现断裂的主要原因,并提出了改进措施。
In view of the uncoiling and pay-off fractures of the downstream users when using our company's 82B wire rod,the fracture morphology,chemical composition,gas content and metallographic structure of the samples are analyzed.The results show that the metallographic structure of the wire rod is normal,the composition and gas content are normal,which meets the standard requirements.There are scratches on the inside of the wire rod at the fracture,which is the main reason for the breakage of the wire rod,improvement measures are proposed accordingly.
