摘要 研究了保温厢缓冷工艺对汽车大梁钢510L组织性能的影响,对比分析了轧后不同冷却工艺下的显微组织与力学性能。研究结果表明,空冷工艺下,卷头、卷中和卷尾细晶强化效果不同是造成510L热轧卷通卷性能波动大的主要原因。轧后缓冷可以均匀卷头、卷中和卷尾的冷却速率,提高组织的均匀性,有效提高通卷性能的稳定性,改善材料的塑性。 In this paper,the effect of slow cooling process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 510L automobile beam steel is studied,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of 510L automobile beam steel under different cooling methods after rolling are compared and analyzed.The results show that the different strengthening effects of fine grains in coil head,coil middle and coil tail are the main reasons for the large fluctuation of the pass through performance of 510L hot rolled coil.Slow cooling after rolling can uniform the cooling rate of coil head,coil middle and coil tail,improve the uniformity of microstructure,effectively improve the stability of winding performance and improve the plasticity of material.
