安徽大学生电商创业团队的构建与对策分析

Construction and Countermeasures of Undergraduates’ E-commerce Entrepreneur Teams in Anhui

随着电子商务进一步深入发展,电商创业逐渐成为现代大学生创业的一种新型主流趋势,但随之而来的是大学生创业团队构建时伴随着各样的问题,创业成功率极低。正确的创业团队的构建是大学生电商创业至关重要的一个影响因素,本文通过对安徽大学生电商创业实践团队构建,分析构建大学生电商创业团队意义、大学生电商创业团队构建现状、大学生电商创业团队存在的问题,从而分析研究出大学生电商创业团队构建的对策建议,以期为大学生电商创业团队构建提供思路和方法,整体提升大学生电商创业团队的存活率以及成功率。

With the further development of e-commerce,e-commerce entrepreneurship has gradually become a new mainstream trend among undergraduates.However,various problems have arisen with the construction of undergraduates’e-commerce entrepreneur teams,and its success rate is extremely low.The perfect construction of the teams is an essential factor for the entrepreneurship.Based on the construction of undergraduates’e-commerce entrepreneurial practice in Anhui,this paper analyzes the significance,the present situation and the existing problems of entrepreneurship teams.After analyzing and studying the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of undergraduates’e-commerce entrepreneur teams,the paper provides the ideas and methods to promote the survival rate and success rate of undergraduates’e-commerce entrepreneur teams.
