全面从严治党视域下高校学生党员教育考核研究——以交通运输工程学院为例

Study on Education and Assessment of Student Party Members in Colleges from the Perspective of Being Strict in Party Discipline——Taking the school of transportation engineering as an example

通过网络问卷调查的实证研究方法,发现大学生党员教育考核存在教育和考核力度不够,党的组织纪律观念淡化与教育的量化考核评价机制不完善,未突出党员榜样表率效应的问题。加强大学生党员教育考察,应确立坚定的思想信念、制定学研目标规划方案、拓宽党支部活动形式、建立考核量化标准。

Through the empirical study of the network questionnaire survey,it is found that the education and assessment of student party members in colleges are not enough,the concept of party discipline is weakened,the quantitative assessment and evaluation mechanism of education is not perfect,and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members is not played.To strengthen the education and assessment of student party members in colleges,it is necessary to guide them to set up correct ideals and beliefs,formulate goals and plans for the study and research,broaden the organizational life forms of party branches,and establish quantitative assessment standards.
