甲基烯丙醇绿色合成工艺的研究

摘要 以甲基烯丙基氯为原料,在高浓度醋酸钠存在下,经过酯化-水解法合成了甲基烯丙醇。以甲基烯丙醇的收率为指标,对反应条件进行了优化:在n(醋酸钠)∶n(甲基烯丙基氯)=7∶1、反应温度为110℃、反应体系pH为10.5、反应时间为5 h的优化条件下,甲基烯丙醇收率为88.7%。反应结束后,高浓度的醋酸钠使产物甲基烯丙醇更容易与水相分离,同时副产物氯化钠能自动结晶析出,且反应液中的水相可循环套用,从而显著提高了生产效率,并降低了生产能耗,适合工业化生产。 Using methallyl chloride as raw material,methallyl alcohol was synthesized by esterificationhydrolysis reaction in the presence of high concentration of sodium acetate.Taking the yield of methallyl alcohol as indicator,the reaction conditions were optimized as follows:the molar ratio of NaAc to methallyl chloride was 7∶1,the reaction temperature was 110℃,and the pH was 10.5.After 5 hours of reaction under these conditions,the yield of methallyl alcohol reached 88.7%.Because of the presence of high concentration of NaAc,methallyl alcohol was easier to separated and the by-product NaCl could automatically be precipitated out,at the same time the water phase containing high concentration of NaAc could be reused,thus significantly improved the production efficiency and reduced engergy consumption.The whole process is suitable for industrial production.
