环保型封片剂在液基薄层细胞学封片中的应用及效果探讨

Discussion on Effect of Environment-friendly Sealing Agent in Thinprep Cytologic Test

目的探讨液基薄层细胞学检测(thinprep cytologic test,TCT)制片中环保型封片剂封片的效果。方法采集宫颈脱落液基薄层细胞学标本1000例,每例标本制片2张,分为A、B两组,A组采用传统试剂中性树胶封片,B组采用环保型封片剂封片,通过分析有无气泡、有无溢胶、树胶分布是否均匀、透明度以及干燥后有无裂纹5个方面比较两组封片效果。结果A组产生的气泡量、溢胶较B组多,B组产生的树胶分布不均匀、封片不清晰、干燥后裂纹较A组多,但A、B两组封片在气泡产生率、溢胶、树胶分布、透明度、干燥后有无裂纹的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论环保型封片剂可作为中性树胶的良好替代品,是一种值得推广的TCT制片环保封片剂。

Objective To investigate the sealing effect of environment-friendly sealing agent in thinprep cytologic test(TCT).Methods A total of 1000 thinprep cytologic samples of cervical exfoliative fluid were collected and divided into:group A and group B,and each sample was produced into 2 pieces.Samples in group A were sealed with neutral gum,and samples in group B were sealed with environment-friendly sealing agent.The sealing effect of the two groups was compared from the following 5 aspects:whether there was bubble,whether there was gum overflow,whether the gum was evenly distributed,whether there was crack after drying.Results The results showed that,the amount of bubbles and gum overflow in group A were more than that in group B,while the amount of unevenness of gum distribution and breezing of sealing and cracks after drying in group B were more than that in group A.There was no significant difference between the two groups of sealant sealer A and B in terms of bubble productive rate,gum overflow,gum distribution,transparency and whether there was crack after drying(P>0.05).Conclusion The environment-friendly sealing agent can be used as a good substitute for neutral balsam,and it is a kind of environment-friendly sealing agent worth promoting for TCT.
