凝聚力与领悟社会支持在压力知觉对军人职业使命感影响的中介作用

Influence of Perceived Stress on the Soldiers′Sense of Professional Mission:the Mediating Role of Military Cohesion and Perceived Social Support

目的研究压力知觉对军人职业使命感的影响,并探讨部队凝聚力与领悟社会支持的中介作用。方法采用中文版压力知觉量表、职业使命感量表、领悟社会支持量表和陆军部队凝聚力量表对1166名官兵施测调研。结果压力知觉与职业使命感、部队凝聚力、领悟社会支持均呈显著负相关(r值依次为-0.404、-0.491、-0.549,P<0.01);职业使命感与部队凝聚力、领悟社会支持均呈显著正相关(r值依次为0.501、0.471,P<0.01)。部队凝聚力与领悟社会支持在压力知觉对军人职业使命感的影响中具有部分中介作用,其效应值分别为-0.186和-0.171。结论可通过提高军人缓解压力的能力、部队凝聚力和社会对军人的支持力,提高军人的职业使命感。

Objective To investigate the effect of perceived stress on soldiers′sense of professional mission,and to explore the mediating effect of military cohesion and perceived social support.Methods A total of 1166 officers and soldiers were tested by perceived stress scale,professional mission scale,perceived social support scale and force cohesion scale.Results There was a negative correlation between perceived stress and sense of professional mission,military cohesion and perceived social support(r=-0.404,-0.491,-0.549;P<0.01).The sense of professional mission was positively correlated with military cohesion and perceived social support(r=0.501,0.471;P<0.01).Military cohesion and perceived social support played a partially mediating role in the influence of perceived stress on soldiers′sense of professional mission,the effect values were-0.186 and-0.171 respectively.Conclusion It can improve soldiers′sense of professional mission by improving the ability to relieve pressure,military cohesion and social support for soldiers.
