运动性功能筛查在高原部队官兵损伤风险评估中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解我国高原部队官兵训练损伤风险,探索功能性运动筛查(functional movement screen,FMS)评分与不同海拔高度官兵训练水平的关系。方法本研究随机抽取了驻高原部队164名官兵进行FMS筛查测试。结果我国高原部队官兵FMS测试整体平均得分15.95分,FMS 15分确定为高原部队官兵训练损伤风险评估的临界值。不同海拔高度下部队官兵的受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)为0.703(P=0.000),表明FMS评分能用于预测官兵训练损伤的风险。结论FMS测试评分可以作为预测高原部队官兵训练损伤风险的参考指标;海拔越高官兵训练损伤风险越大。 Objective To understand the risk of training injury of officers and soldiers in plateau army,and to explore the relationship between functional movement screen(FMS)score and training level of officers and soldiers at different altitudes.Methods A total of 164 officers and soldiers were randomly selected for FMS screening test in this study.Results The overall average score of FMS test for officers and soldiers of plateau troops in China was 15.95,and the FMS test score of 15 can be used to determine the critical value of training injury risk assessment for officers and soldiers of plateau army.The area under the curve(AUC)of the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of officers and soldiers at different altitudes was 0.703(P=0.000).The risk of training injury was assessed by FMS score.Conclusion FMS test can be used as a reference index to predict the training injury risk of officers and soldiers in plateau army.The higher the altitude is,the greater the risk of training injury is.
