驻岛礁卫勤保障护士适岗培训现状及需求调查

Investigation on the Job Training Needs of Medical Support Nurses on Islands

目的了解岛礁卫勤保障护士的适岗培训现状与需求,为制定系统的培训计划,加强驻岛护士适岗能力提供依据。方法采用方便抽样法,选取驻某岛礁卫勤保障护士74名为调查对象(辅助征询同期执行医疗保障任务医生的意见),采用自制适岗培训需求问卷进行调查,分别收回护士及医生有效问卷74份与81份资料纳入数据分析。结果72.97%的护士认为,临床护士转岗为卫勤保障护士存在适应困难,主要原因在于相关理论知识不足、岗位职能不了解和战救技能欠缺。护士适岗培训内容需求注重于战救与急救技能、战场救护理论、实战协作能力、战后心理创伤疏导、军事体能素养等内容。结论建立规范的卫勤保障护士培训体系,加强任务的岗前培训,有助于快速提高护士的岗位适应力,提升驻岛医院的整体护理质量和综合卫勤保障力量。

Objective To know the current situation and requirements of the training for medical support nurses on islands,so as to provide a basis for formulating a systematic training plan and strengthening the job adaptability of nurses on the islands.Methods A total of 74 medical support nurses stationed on island were selected as the survey objects(seeking suggestions from doctors performing medical support tasks at the same time)using convenient sampling method,and self-made questionnaires concerning training needs were applied for investigation.A total of 74 valid questionnaires and 81 valid data were collected and analyzed.Results In this survey,about 72.97%of the nurses believed that there were difficulties after being transferred from clinical nurses to the medical support nurses on islands.The lack of theoretical knowledge,insufficient understanding of job functions and short of the battlefield first aid skills were the main reasons.The training content for nurses should focus on combat rescue and first aid skills,battlefield rescue theory,actual combat cooperation ability,post-war psychological trauma counseling,and military physical training and other contents.Conclusion Establishing a standardized nursing support training system and strengthening the pre-job training before tasks are of great importance to improve the job adaptability and the overall quality of nursing and comprehensive medical support on island hospital.
