卫生害虫抗性快速检测箱的研制与应用

Development and Application of a Kit for Quick Analysis the Insect Icides Resistance of Sanitary Pests

目的研制卫生害虫抗性快速检测箱,了解野外卫生害虫抗性现状,以指导针对性用药进行防控。方法参照国家军队标准抗性检测标准方法,用敏感品系诊断剂量采用药膜接触法,分别在野外现场与实验室检测比较并分析害虫抗性情况。现场所有相应的试剂、试纸、器具,按物品体积、形状科学布局后固定在镂刻的一体化材料中,装入防震、防压、轻便易于携行的箱体内。结果现场与实验室内药膜法检测结果比较,4种杀虫剂按死亡率检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。其中家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯产生抗性,敌敌畏(dimethyl dichloroviny phosphate,DDVP)可在60 min内杀灭家蝇。结论野外现场利用快速检测箱可对蝇类等害虫开展快速抗性检测,结果准确可靠。其检测方法操作简单,箱组携运方便,对现场科学选择用药具有指导性。

Objective To develop a rapid detection box for resistance of sanitary pests,and to screen and understand the current situation of resistance of sanitary pests in the field,so as to guide the selection and use of targeted drugs for control.Methods According to the national army standard method for resistance detection,the sensitive strains were tested in field and laboratory with drug-film contact method.All the corresponding reagents,test paper and instruments were fixed in the carved integrated material according to the volume and shape of the articles,and packed into the box which was shockproof,pressure-proof,light and easy to carry.Results There were no significant differences in the mortality of 4 insecticides by comparing the results of field and laboratory film method(P>0.05).Musca domestica was resistant to Beta-cypermethrin,and the musca domestic could be killed by dimethyl dichloroviny phosphate(DDVP)in 60 min.Conclusion The detection box can be used to detect the resistance of flies and other pests in the field,and the results are accurate and reliable.The detection method is simple in operation,box sets are convenient to transport,and it provides guidance for scientific selection of drug use on site.
