某驻地3155名入伍新兵攻击行为与自杀态度的影响因素研究

Study of Influence Factors on the Aggressive Behavior and Suicide Attitude of 3155 Recruits in a Certain Area

目的分析某驻地入伍新兵的攻击行为和自杀态度的问卷调查结果并探讨影响因素。方法根据部队自编问卷调查3155名新兵的人口学特征,改良的Buss-Perry攻击问卷和自杀态度问卷观察新兵的攻击行为和自杀态度,采用无序多元logistic回归分析影响因素。结果Buss-Perry总得分在新兵性别、吸烟史、饮酒史、学历、户籍、离异家庭及单亲家庭中差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);自杀态度问卷总得分在新兵性别、饮酒史、学历、离异家庭及单亲家庭中差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无序多元logistic回归分析结果显示,Buss-perry问卷的影响因素主要有性别、本科学历、职业以及户籍。自杀态度问卷的影响因素主要有性别、本科学历、是否为独生子女、父母离异、饮酒以及单亲家庭。结论性别和本科学历因素可能是新兵攻击行为的重要影响因素,本科学历和有无饮酒史是新兵自杀态度的重要影响因素,因此在新兵心理测评过程中应给予关注。

Objective To analyze the questionnaire results of the aggressive behavior and suicide attitude of 3155 recruits in a certain area and to explore possible factors.Methods The demographic characteristics of 3155 recruits were surveyed by the self-compiled questionnaire of the army,the aggressive behavior and suicide attitude of recruits were observed by the modified Buss-Perry attack questionnaire and suicide attitude questionnaire,and the possible influencing factors were analyzed by disorderly multiple logistic regression analysis.Results There were statistically significant differences in Buss-Perry total scores among the gender,smoking history,drinking history,education,population composition,divorced families and single-parent families of recruits(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in suicide attitude questionnaire total scores among the gender,drinking history,education,diovorced families and single-parent families of recruits(P<0.05).The multinomial logistic regression results showed that the main element of the Buss-Perry questionnaire were gender,bachelor degree,occupation and population composition.The gender,undergraduate degree,whether it is an only child,parental divorce,drinking and single-parent families of recruits were the influence factors of suicide attitude questionnaire.Conclusion Gender and undergraduate degree may be the important factor of recruits with aggressive behavior.Undergraduate degree and drinking history may be an essential factor of recruits with suicide attitude.Therefore,attention should be paid to recruits during the psychological evaluation.
