基于德尔菲法构建空降兵急救模拟训练平台

Constructing the First Aid Simulation Training Platform for the Airborne Based on Delphi Method

目的构建空降兵急救模拟训练平台建设方案,为空降兵部队卫勤训练基础设施建设提供借鉴。方法综合文献综述法、头脑风暴法、专家访谈法拟定空降兵某旅急救模拟训练平台建设方案初稿,运用Delphi法对19名专家进行两轮咨询。结果两轮咨询表专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.91,两轮后专家协调系数为0.561~0.773(P<0.01),变异系数均小于25%,B方案在结合一级指标单项评分以及结合二级指标综合权重总评分均最高。结论B方案从平台条件、功能模块和训考机制3个方面规范了108项建设内容,优化平台运营管理,符合部队建设实际,可作为空降兵急救模拟训练平台的重要参考。

Objective To provide theoretical basis support for building the military medical service drilling′s infrastructures for the airborne troops by constructing the development scheme of the first aid stimulation training platform.Methods The first draft of the first aid simulation training platform construction plan for the airborne troops was drew by the means of comprehensive literature review,brainstorming,expert interview,and the two rounds of consultation for 19 experts was conducted by the Delphi method.Results The positive coefficient of experts in both rounds of consulting tables was 100%,and the authority coefficient was 0.91,after two rounds,the expert coordination coefficient was 0.561-0.773(P<0.01),the coefficient of variation was less than 25%.The highest single score was plan B combined with the first-level index and the highest overall weight score was plan B combined with the second-level index.Conclusion Plan B standardizing 108 construction contents from three aspects of platform conditions,functional modules and training and examination mechanism,optimizing the operation and management of the platform,which is in line with the actual construction of the army and used as an important reference for the construction of the first aid simulation training platform for the airborne troops.
