军队干休所新入职文职护士专业培训需求调查分析

Survey and Analysis on the Professional Training Needs of Newly Recruited Civilian Nurses in Military Sanatoriums for Retired Cadres

目的拟调查军队干休所新入职文职护士对专业培训的需求并探索相关因素。方法自行编制新入职文职人员(护理专业)专业培训需求调查问卷,对220名干休所新入职文职护士进行调查。对资料进行描述性统计分析、非参数检验、内容分析。结果基于岗位需求的老年专科护理能力培养是大部分调查对象认可的培训目标;必要性评分由高到低排名前4位的培训内容主题为老年与社区护理学、专科护理理论与技术、临床护理心理、健康管理理论与方法;调查对象的学位、职称、工作经历等因素会影响其对不同培训内容主题的必要性评分(P<0.05);调查对象普遍认为4~6周培训时间较为适宜,曾在军队单位工作的调查对象认为应接受更长时间的专业培训(P<0.05);5种培训方法和4种教学资源的接受度均超过50%,其中分组实践练习及成册讲义占比最高;分别有超过60%的调查对象认为应进行理论与技能操作考核。结论干休所新入职文职护士需要目标明确、内容聚焦、时间合理、形式多样、资源丰富的专业培训,从而切实提高该群体的专业能力。

Objective To investigate the professional training needs of civilian nurses newly recruited in the military sanatoriums for retired cadres and explore related factors.Methods The self-developed questionnaire on professional training needs of newly-recruited civilian nurses was used to survey 220 newly recruited civilian nurses who work in the military sanatoriums for retired cadres.Descriptive statistical analysis,non-parametric test and content analysis were conducted to analyze the collected data.Results Training of specialized nursing ability for the elderly based on job demand was the principal training goal recognized by most respondents.Based on the necessity scores of different topics,the geriatric and community nursing,theory and skills of specialized nursing,clinical nursing psychology,theory and methods of health management were the first four topics.The academic degrees,professional titles and work experience of new civilian nurses might influence their scores of different training topics(P<0.05).Most of the respondents believed 4-6 weeks of training to be more appropriate,and nurses who had worked in military organizations preferred longer period of training(P<0.05).Over 50%of the respondents considered each of the training methods and teaching resources necessary,of which practice in group and organized notes covered the highest proportion.Over 60%of the respondents thought theory and skill tests were necessary.Conclusion New civilian nurses working in the military sanatoriums for retired cadres need well-designed nursing professional training with clear objectives,focused content,reasonable time duration,diverse teaching methods and abundant resources,so as to effectively improve their professional ability.
