新兵集训期心理弹性的特点及相关因素研究

Research on the Characteristics and Related Factors of Mental Resilience of Recruits in Training Period

目的探讨新兵集训期心理弹性的特点与自尊、应对方式、社会支持间的关系。方法选取351名集训期的新兵,使用心理弹性量表、自尊量表、简易应对方式问卷和社会支持量表进行评价分析。结果(1)新兵的心理弹性在学历、是否独生子女间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)高心理弹性组新兵在自尊、积极应对、主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度上显著高于低心理弹性组新兵(P<0.05),在消极应对上显著低于低心理弹性组(P<0.05)。(3)新兵的心理弹性与自尊、积极应对、主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与消极应对呈负相关(P<0.05)。(4)自尊、积极应对、支持利用度正向预测心理弹性,而消极应对则负性预测。结论新兵的心理弹性与自尊、应对方式、社会支持关系密切,心理弹性受自尊、积极应对、支持利用度、消极应对的影响。

Objective To explore the characteristics of mental resilience,and the relationship between self-esteem,coping style,social support and mental resilience in recruits during training.Methods A total of 351 recruits in the training period were selected and analyzed by Conner-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),self-esteem scale(SES),simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and social support scale.Results(1)There were significant differences in the mental resilience of recruits between the educational background and whether they were only children(P<0.05).(2)The scores of high mental resilience group recruits in self-esteem,positive response,subjective support,objective support and support utilization were significantly higher than those of low mental resilience group recruits(P<0.05),and the scores of negative response were significantly lower than those of low mental resilience group recruits.(3)The mental resilience of new recruits was positively correlated with self-esteem,positive response,subjective support,objective support and support utilization(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with negative response(P<0.05).(4)The degree of self-esteem,positive coping and support utilization predicted mental resilience positively,while the negative coping predicted negatively.Conclusion The mental resilience of recruits is closely related to self-esteem,coping style and social support.The mental resilience is affected by self-esteem,positive coping,utilization of support and negative coping.
