摘要
目的探讨心理资本对陆军官兵职业倦怠的影响,并分析士气在二者之间的中介效应。方法采用心理资本量表、军队士气量表、军人职业倦怠量表对某陆军部队官兵共1500名进行调查,研究陆军官兵心理资本、士气与职业倦怠之间的关系,并建立中介作用方程,检验士气的中介效应。结果陆军官兵心理资本得分在不同专业类别岗位间有统计学差异(P<0.01);官兵士气得分在不同专业类别岗位间有统计学差异(P<0.01);官兵整体职业倦怠感较低,自我评价较差,初中及以下文化程度官兵的职业倦怠感最重(P<0.01),战斗类岗位官兵的职业倦怠感最低(P<0.01)。心理资本和士气呈显著正相关(r=0.594,P<0.01),心理资本和职业倦怠呈显著负相关(r=-0.541,P<0.01),士气和职业倦怠呈显著负相关(r=-0.508,P<0.01)。士气在心理资本和职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比值为0.348。结论心理资本影响陆军官兵的职业倦怠水平,且部分影响通过士气起作用;研究结果有助于揭示陆军官兵的职业倦怠的影响因素及内在机制,对维护和促进陆军官兵心理健康具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the impact of psychological capital on army officers and soldiers’job burnout,and analyze the mediating effect of morale.Methods A total of 1500 army officers and soldiers were investigated by psychological capital scale,army morale scale and job burnout scale,and the relationship between psychological capital,morale and job burnout was studied,and the mediating function equation was established to test the mediating effect of morale.Results The psychological capital score of army officers and soldiers was significantly different among positions in different professional categories.The morale score of officers and soldiers was significantly different among positions in different professional categories.The overall job burnout of officers and soldiers was low,and the self-evaluation was poor.The job burnout score of officers and soldiers with junior middle school education and below was the highest,and the job burnout score of officers and soldiers in combat positions was the lowest.There was a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and job burnout(r=0.594,P<0.01),and a significant negative correlation between psychological capital and job burnout(r=-0.541,P<0.01).Morale played a part of mediating role between psychological capital and job burnout,and the ratio of mediating effect to the total effect was 0.348.Conclusion Psychological capital affects the job burnout of army officers and soldiers,and partly through morale.The research results are helpful to reveal the influencing factors and internal mechanism of the burnout of army officers and soldiers,and have important significance to maintain and promote the mental health of army officers and soldiers.
