法学本科生科研能力的养成困境与提升对策

The Problems and Improvement Countermeasures of Undergraduates’ Scientific Research Ability——A Sample of 297 Law Undergraduates from C Universities in C city

通过对调研数据进行分析,发现法学本科生的科研能力存在功利主义明显、内部驱动力较弱、科研成果方面结果不尽理想等问题。此外,在教学内容和方法上,被调查者已不满足传统的教法。调研结果提示,在提升法学本科生科研能力方面,可以从活动激励、课程创新、实质训练等方面着手。

Through analysis of survey data,it is found that the research ability of law undergraduates has the following problems:for example,utilitarianism is obvious,the internal driving force is weak,and the results of scientific research results are not satisfactory.The survey also found that the respondents did not meet the traditional teaching methods in terms of teaching content and methods.The research results suggest that in terms of improving the research ability of law undergraduates,universities can take the following advice:activity incentives,curriculum innovation and substantive training.
