汤斌三十岁时出任陕西潼关道副使,在任三年,写下一百多篇公务文书。从他的公文里,可以看出他秉持初心、表率属员的为官原则,公正无私、实心任事的治政理念。他的为民情怀、为官原则今天仍值得我们学习,他的治政思想对今天也有一定的借鉴意义。

At the age of thirty,Tang Bin served as the Deputy Envoy of Tongguan Road in Shaanxi Province.During his three-year tenure,he wrote over 100 official documents.From his official documents,it can be seen that he adheres to the principle of being an official with original intentions and leading by example,as well as the political philosophy of fairness,selflessness,and solid governance.His feelings for the people and principles of serving as an official are still worth learning from today,and his political ideology also has certain reference significance for today.
