“四个自信”融入刑法学课程思政教学路径探析

A Study on the Way of Integrating “Four-Sphere Confidence” into Ideological and Political Education in Criminal Law Courses

刑法学是国家治理体系中重要的组成部分,在教学过程中各高校除注重培养学生理解和运用刑法知识的能力以外,还应针对刑法学学科的特点,将“四个自信”的内容融入刑法学的教学过程中。结合“四个自信”规范设计刑法学的教学规范,刑法总论应以知识点的形式将“四个自信”融入课程教学之中,刑法分论则应以专题的形式将“四个自信”融入课程教学之中,由此形成符合刑法学学科特点的课程思政规范体系。在此基础上,教师和学校应共同努力将融入“四个自信”课程的规范内容落到实处,践行培养“德法兼备”的新时代中国特色社会主义法治人才的教学目标。

As the science of criminal law is an essential part of national governance system.In addition to cultivating students’ability to understand and apply criminal law knowledge in the teaching process,it is also necessary to integrate the content of“Four-Sphere Confidence”into the ideological and political education in criminal law courses based on the characteristics of criminal law science,and design the teaching norms of ideological and political education in criminal law courses by combining the norms of“Four-Sphere Confidence”.For example,“Four-Sphere Confidence”can be integrated into the ideological and political education of General Provisions of the Criminal Law in the form of knowledge points and into that of Specific Provisions of the Criminal Law in the form of special topics,so as to form a standardized system of ideological and political education which is in line with the characteristics of criminal law science.On this basis,teachers and colleges should join efforts to implement standardized contents of ideological and political education which combines“Four-Sphere Confidence”and endeavor to achieve the teaching objective of cultivating talents with“both moral and legal consciousness”under the socialistic rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
