New Development of Chinese Legal Ideology Led by the Chinese Traditional Culture

哲学是文化的思想基础,是民族文化延续、传承和发展的血脉。通过探索中华传统文化的发展,揭示人与自然的关系,再到洞悉世界的智慧,从而构成博大精深的科学文化思想体系。以中华优秀传统文化为理论根基与精神土壤,经过《道德经》等著作及后人的实践完善,在中国特色社会主义法治体系建设中,总结党和国家的历史经验,以新的研究角度、研究观点,推动建设中国特色社会主义法治国家。进一步增强文化自觉,坚定文化自信,以中国式现代化的发展推动人们思想和行为的自由发展,增强人民对中国特色社会主义法治道路的信念,为中国特色社会主义法治体系建设打下坚实基础。

Philosophy is the ideological basis of culture and the blood of the continuity,inheritance and development of national culture.By exploring the development of Chinese traditional culture,we can reveal the relationship between man and nature,and then understand the wisdom of the world,thus forming a broad and profound scientific and cultural ideology.Taking the excellent traditional Chinese culture as the theoretical foundation and spiritual soil,through the improvement of the Tao Te Ching and other works and the practice of later generations,in the construction of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics,we summarized the historical experience of the Party and the country,and promoted the construction of a socialist rule of law country with Chinese characteristics with new research perspectives and research viewpoints.Further enhance cultural consciousness,strengthen cultural self-confidence,promote the free development of people’s thoughts and behaviors with the development of Chinese path to modernization,strengthen people’s belief in the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and lay a solid foundation for the construction of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics.
