依照罪犯代的划分,目前所关押改造的女性罪犯称为第三代女犯。第三代女犯具有以下特征:价值取向多元化,自我认知呈现多元认同的模糊性和矛盾性,犯罪归因多倾向于外归因和内归因并重,家庭亲和度的两极化,罪犯身份意识的自我观念存在矛盾和冲突,改造动机以功利性为主导。

According to the division of the criminal’s generation,the female criminals in custody and reform are called the third generation of female prisoners.The third generation of female prisoners has the following characteristics:diversified value orientation,fuzzy and contradictory self-awareness,equal emphasis on external and internal attribution,polarization of family affinity,contradiction and conflict in self-concept of identity consciousness of criminals,and utilitarian oriented transformation motivation.
