校园APP泛滥现状及解决路径选择——基于高校安装APP的调查与思考

The Current Situation of Campus App Overflow and the Choice of Solutions——Based on the Survey and Thinking of the Installation of APP in Colleges and Universities

校园APP^①是高校方便师生、提高效率的信息化手段,是"互联网+"背景下建设智慧校园工程的具体体现。通过对郑州地区部分高校使用校园APP情况的调查发现,虽然校园APP已经实现了使用范围、种类、功能应用的覆盖,但在实际管理和运营中出现了泛滥倾向。校园APP的进入门槛、运营模式、过度商业化、信息安全、管理方法、师生满意度以及监管权限等问题,都需要形成系统的解决方案。

The campus APP is a specific means to build a smart campus project under the background of"Internet+"for universities to facilitate teachers and students and improve efficiency.Through the investigation of the use of campus APP in some colleges and universities in Zhengzhou area,it is found that although the campus APP has achieved the coverage of the scope,types and functions of application,there is a tendency of flooding in the actual management and operation.Problems such as entry threshold,operation mode,over commercialization,information security,management method,satisfaction of teachers and students,and supervision authority all need to form systematic solutions.
