漯河市是全国三大卷烟制假重灾区之一,历史悠久、屡打不灭的卷烟制假售假违法活动给漯河市的社会经济发展带来了沉重的负面影响。近年来,漯河市积极整顿烟草市场秩序,强力开展打击制售假烟专项行动,卷烟打假工作取得了重大战果,形成了卷烟打假的"漯河模式"。但当前卷烟打假综合治理面临的形势依旧严峻,需要强化打击、多管齐下、标本兼治、力求实效,从而推动市场经济健康发展及社会秩序的良性运行。

Luohe City is one of the three hardest hit areas of the fake cigarette making and counterfeiting in China.The illegal activities of the fake cigarette making and counterfeiting,which has a long history and can not be eliminated repeatedly,have brought a heavy negative impact on the social and economic development of Luohe City.In recent years,Luohe City has actively rectified the order of tobacco market,vigorously carried out the special action to crack down on the production and sale of the counterfeit cigarettes,and achieved significant results in the fight against the counterfeit cigarettes,forming the"Luohe model"of cigarette fighting against counterfeit cigarettes.However,the current situation of comprehensive management of cigarette anti-counterfeiting is still severe,which needs to be strengthened,multi-faceted,and effective,so as to promote the healthy development of market economy and the healthy operation of social order.
