根据5个省份15个司法所社区矫正开展情况的调查,我国农村社区矫正工作存在着物质条件缺乏,社区矫正发展动力不足,矫正力量薄弱,矫正队伍专业化水平不高,法律制度缺位,矫正工作机制松散等问题,因此,完善工作体制、加强队伍建设和政府宣传引导、公众参与等,是农村社区矫正的发展方向。

From the perspective of rural community correction,this paper analyses the predicament of rural community correction in China according to the situation of community correction in 15 judicial institutes in 5 provinces,and puts forward the development direction of rural community correction from the aspects of improving the working system,strengthening team building and government propaganda and guiding public participation.
