摘要
激励是管理工作中的一项重要措施,在对服刑人员的管理中同样不可或缺。对服刑人员的激励需要从监狱的实际情况出发,仔细考虑不同类型罪犯的精神需求、物质需求等方面,更新管理观念与思路,以行之有效的多元激励机制、激励措施和激励手段,促进服刑人员的教育改造。
Motivation is an important measure in the management,which is also indispensable in the management of prisoners.According to the actual situation of prison,we should carefully consider the spiritual and material needs of different types of criminals,update the management concept and ideas,and promote the education and transformation of prisoners with effective multiple incentive mechanism,incentive measures and incentive means.
