As a sharp weapon of national rule of law,prison not only undertakes the function of punishing and reforming criminals according to law,but also is the last defense line to realize fairness and justice,and also an important force to maintain social harmony and stability.Under the background of deepeningthe rule of law in an all-round way and profound changes in socialcontradictions,we should appropriately expand the number of prisoners out of prison for medical treatment,strengthen law enforcement in accordance with the law,prevent law enforcement risks,comprehensively strengthen the construction of prison hospitals,improve the medical level of prisoners,and establish a medical resource sharing system to protect the health rights of prisoners.
