摘要
资源型城市创新生态系统的有序构建和良性运转对促进城市创新发展具有重要意义。创新生态系统是由多种创新物种构成的动态系统,厘清其动态演化过程,归纳其演化特征(协同性、裂变性、自组织性、空间异质性)以及揭示推动系统演化的动力机制(技术拉动、市场推动、政策促动、环境驱动),提出对资源型城市创新生态系统展开实时监控和动态管理、促进创新主体交流与合作、加强高校建设与管理等建议。
The orderly construction and benign operation of the resource-based city innovation ecosystem is of great significance to the promotion of urban innovation and development.Innovation ecosystem is a dynamic system composed of various innovative species.This paper aims to clarify its dynamic evolution process,summarize its evolution characteristics(synergy,fission,self-organization,spatial heterogeneity)and reveal the dynamic mechanism(technology pull,market push,policy push,environment drive)that promotes the system evolution.Some suggestions are put forward,such as real-time monitoring and dynamic management of the resource-based city innovation ecosystem,promoting the exchange and cooperation of innovation subjects,and strengthening the construction and management of colleges and universities.
