随着5G技术的快速发展,5G愿景、需求和更多技术服务为出版业发展带来了前所未有的变革。作为国家话语体系建构工程的主题出版,要想在5G技术视域下更好地发挥其价值和作用,更好地传播中国声音、中国方案,彰显中国精神、中国气派,能有效地让主题出版走出国门、走向世界,进而提升中国在国际上的话语权,需要出版业认真思考。从政治、文化、价值等方面引领时代发展,建构起主题出版的话语内容;从服务理念、内容生产、传播路径、营销渠道等知识服务方面为主题出版的话语建构提供服务场域;从技术层面为主题出版话语体系建构提供技术支撑,并借助"一带一路"倡议,与他国搭建合作平台,从而建构起主题出版国际视野的话语战略。

With the rapid development of 5 G technology,5 G vision,demand and more technical services have brought unprecedented changes to the development of the publishing industry.As the theme publishing of the national discourse system construction project,in order to give better play to its value and role,better spread the Chinese voice and Chinese plan,and highlight the Chinese spirit and Chinese style,it is a problem that the publishing industry must seriously consider if it can effectively make the theme publishing go abroad,go to the world,and then enhance China’s discourse power in the international arena.It is necessary to lead the development of the times from the aspects of politics,culture and value,construct the discourse content of theme publishing,and provide a service field for the discourse construction of theme publishing from the aspects of service concept,content production,communication path,marketing channel and other knowledge services.Providing technical support for the construction of theme publishing discourse system from the technical level with the help of"Belt and Road Initiative"initiative,we endeavor to build a cooperation platform with other countries,so as to construct the discourse strategy of theme publishing from an international perspective.
