“一带一路”背景下工科大学生国际能力的评价及培养体系

The Evaluation and Cultivating System for Engineering Students’ Global Competence with “The Belt and Road” Background

自"一带一路"倡议提出以来,我国与"一带一路"沿线国家的合作不断加强,这对我国国际化高等工程人才的培养提出了新的要求和挑战——培养具备工程领域国际能力的人才。通过对工科大学生进行国际能力问卷测评发现,工科大学生具有积极的国际化态度,具备良好的职业道德和发展态度,但对世界知识的掌握不足,缺乏跨文化交际机会和跨文化工程协作的经验和技能。针对这种状况,应设计模块化的课程体系以强化工科生掌握相关世界知识、建设国际化的教学环境以培养工科生的跨文化交流协作的技能与开放态度、建立多元化的评价机制等,从而构建工科大学生国际能力培养体系。

we designed a global competence scale and questionnaire for engineering college students,and find that students have positive international attitude,good professional ethics and attitude,but lack of world knowledge,experience and skills in cross-cultural communication and cooperation.A modular curriculum system should be designed to strengthen the students’world knowledge,and an international teaching environment should be built to cultivate their cross-cultural communication and cooperation skills and open attitude.
