北京“谭家菜”主人的书画情怀——新见谭瑑青信函考释

The Sentiments for Calligraphy and Painting of the Owner of“Tan Family Cuisine”in Beijing——Textual Research on Tan Zhuan Qing’s Letters

“谭家菜”是民国时期北京知名的一家粤菜馆,由谭瑑青(1876—1943)始创。本文通过整理考释七封新见《谭瑑青致罗原觉函》及十个信封,了解到“谭家菜”主人不仅国文功底深厚,好辞章,而且爱好明清名人字画、册页、手卷、扇面等,为世人揭示了“谭家菜”主人谭瑑青别样的人生情趣。

“Tan Family Cuisine”,established by Tan Zhuanqing(1876~1943),is a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant in Beijing during the period of the Republic of China.By studying seven letters from Tan Zhuanqing to Luo Yuanjue and ten envelopes,this paper learns that the owner of“Tan Family Cuisine”not only has a good mastery of the Chinese language and rhetoric,but also likes to collect calligraphies and paintings,albums,hand scrolls,fan-shaped paintings of celebrities of the Ming and Qing dynasties,thus revealing a different life interest of the owner of“Tan Family Cuisine”.
