湖南博物院藏清代民国时期桃源刺绣赏析

Appreciation of Taoyuan Embroideries of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China Period Collected by the Hunan Museum

桃源刺绣是湖湘刺绣的重要组成部分,湖南博物院作为领略湖湘文化的重要窗口,在众多反映历代湖湘刺绣文明进程与成就的馆藏中,不乏有清代民国时期的桃源刺绣。本文从中择选较有代表性的桃源刺绣,希冀通过绣品表现题材、纹样构图、针法技艺,以及民俗寓意等方面的解读,勾勒出清代民国时期桃源刺绣的基本面貌,并从侧面揭示出清代民国时期湖湘刺绣的成就。

Taoyuan embroidery is an important part of Hunan embroidery.Hunan Museum,as an important window for people to understand Hunan culture,has many pieces of Taoyuan embroidery of the Qing dynasty and the Republic of China period among its large collection of pieces that can reflect the progress and achievements of Hunan embroidery civilization in the past dynasties.This paper chooses some representative Taoyuan embroidery works from the museum’s collection,interprets them from the perspectives of theme,composition,stitching skills and hidden meaning of folk customs,outlines the basic features of Taoyuan embroidery in that period,and reveals the achievements of Hunan embroidery in the Qing dynasty and the Republic of China period.
