汉代铜甑的铸型制作模拟实验及相关技术研究

Research on Mold Making Simulation Experiment and Related Technology of Copper Steamer of Han Dynasty

相较于商周青铜器广泛而深入的研究,汉代青铜器范铸技术的研究较为不足。用于范铸的铸型制作过程中,有一系列细节问题有待分析和讨论。笔者以现有研究为基础,展开模拟实验,对模具用法、复合范的成型过程、垫片安置时机等问题展开讨论。

Compared with the extensive and in-depth study of Shang and Zhou bronzes,the research on the model casting technology of Han bronzes is insufficient.In the process of mold making for pattern casting,there are a series of detailed problems that need to be analyzed and discussed.Based on the existing research,the author conducts simulation experiments to discuss the usage of mold,the forming process of composite model and the timing of spacer placement.
