湖南劳工会始末

History of Labor Union in Hunan

1920年11月21日,黄爱、庞人铨二人在长沙发起成立了湖南劳工会,并发布《湖南劳工会的宣言》。作为湖南工人阶级的第一个真正劳工团体,湖南劳工会领导工人运动,解放工人思想,积极改造湖南工人阶级的生活。在中国共产党的领导下,1921年11月27日,湖南劳工会进行改组,使得劳工会的组织更为严密,日益发展壮大,与中国共产党湖南支部的联系也日益紧密,成为湖南工人运动的重要力量。1922年1月17日,黄、庞二人遇害,劳工会也随之逐渐消亡。

On November 21,1920,Huang Ai and Pang Renquan founded the Hunan Labor Union in Changsha and issued the Declaration of Hunan Labor Union.As the first true labor group of the working class in Hunan,the Hunan Labor Union led the labor movement to emancipate the workers’minds and actively transform the life of the working class in Hunan.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,on November 27,1921,the Hunan Labor Union was reorganized so that it became more tightly-knitted and grew stronger,with closer ties with the Hunan Branch of the Communist Party of China,until it appeared as an important force in the labor movement of Hunan.On January 17,1922,Huang and Pang were murdered,and the labor union died with them.
