水利建设安全管理问题及应对措施

Problems and Countermeasures of Water Conservancy Construction Safety Management

水利工程项目与国民经济、民生息息相关,是中国经济、社会发展的基础,水利工程承担着供电、供水、运输、防洪等多方面的任务,在带来生活上便利的同时,还推动了区域经济、社会的发展,但其安全管理问题仍不容小觑。文章结合目前水利工程中存在的安全管理问题,将影响水利工程项目安全管理因素划分为安全管理意识、制度以及其他方面的因素进行分析,并给出应对措施建议,为今后水利工程建设过程中的安全管理提供参考。

Water conservancy projects are closely related to the national economy and peoples’livelihood.They are the foundation of Chinas’economic and social development.Water conservancy projects also contribute to the power supply,water supply,transportation,flood control and other important aspects.Since they bring convenience to our life,and promote the development of economy regional and social,the safety management should never be underestimated.Based on the researching of the safety management problems existing in the current water conservancy projects,the affecting factors,including safety management consciousness,safety management system and others are analyzed in this paper.The suggestions and countermeasures are given to provide reference for the safety management of the water conservancy projects construction in the future.
