小果老水库坝下放水管渗漏防治措施

Preventionand Control Measuresfor Water Pipe Leakageunderthe Damof Xiaoguolao Reservoir

小果老水库坝下放水管位置具有隐蔽特殊性,不具备检查、维护、更换条件,现场检查只能通过关闭放水管进出口的控制设施来观察漏水量变化,以此推测坝下放水管是否渗漏。不对坝下放水管进行现场启闭运行试验,则不易区分渗水来源于水库大坝上游土工膜损坏渗漏还是坝下放水管渗漏,导致漏诊坝下放水管渗漏病因,不能达到对水库进行除险加固治理目的。在开展第二次大坝安全评价,对坝下放水管进行现场启闭试验观察,准确判断坝下放水管渗漏,提出相应除险加固措施,实现水库去险目的,为小型水库土坝坝下埋管安全评价现场检查提供了借鉴经验。

The location of the water discharge pipe under the dam of Xiaoguolao Reservoir is hidden and special.It does not have the conditions for inspection,maintenance and replacement.On-site inspection can only observe the change of water leakage by closing the control facilities at the entrance and exit of the water discharge pipe,so as to speculate whether the water discharge pipe under the dam is leaking or not.If the on-site opening and closing operation test on the water discharge pipe under the dam is not carried out,it is not easy to distinguish whether the seepage comes from the damaged geomembrane in the upstream of the dam or from the leakage of the water pipe under the dam.As a result,the cause of the leakage of the water pipe under the dam may be missed,and the purpose of strengthening the reservoir cannot be achieved.In the second dam safety evaluation,the field opening and closing test observation of the water pipe under the dam was carried out,the leakage of the water pipe under the dam was accurately judged,and the corresponding measures for danger elimination and reinforcement were put forward to realize the aim of danger elimination of the reservoir,which provided reference experience for the field inspection of buried pipe safety evaluation of small reservoir earth dam.
