农村水利经济与乡村振兴的优化互动关系构建

Construction of Optimized Interactive Relationship Between Rural Water Conservancy Economy and Rural Revitalization

目前,随着中国经济和社会的高速发展,沿海发达城市周边地区农村与城市发展差别逐渐缩小。但是,区域发展不平衡、城乡发展不平衡仍是中国在社会发展中面临的重要问题。特别是中西部的农村地区,经济和社会发展水平依然落后。要改变农村地区的落后状态,积极发展基础设施是关键,水利基础设施建设又是关键中的关键。因此,如何以水利基础设施为核心发展农村水利经济,成为乡村振兴必须回答的关键问题。文章以水利基础设施为立论点,用以梳理农村水利经济与乡村振兴的优化互动关系构建。

At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the difference between rural and urban development in the surrounding areas of developed coastal cities is gradually narrowing.However,the imbalance of regional development and urban-rural development is still an important problem in China’s social development.Especially in the vast rural areas in the central and western regions,the level of economic and social development is still lagging behind.To change the backward state of rural areas,actively development of infrastructure is the key,and the construction of water conservancy infrastructure is the most important part among all.Therefore,how to take water conservancy infrastructure as the core to develop rural water conservancy economy has become the key issue that must be answered in rural revitalization.The water conservancy infrastructure is taken in this paper as the starting point to sort out the optimized interactive relationship between rural water conservancy economy and rural revitalization.
