水库灾后水毁修复工程建设的必要性

The Necessity of the Construction of a Rehabilitation Project for a Reservoir Damaged by Flood

受2021年汛期特大洪水影响,某水库主坝迎水坡、溢洪道、输水洞、管理设施等均出现不同程度损毁,为保证圆满完成后续的防洪调度任务及工程的安全运行,需要根据损毁情况对工程进行损毁修复。文章从消除防洪隐患、改善水环境及修复生态、环境综合整治、增强水库及河道管理等方面分析某水库灾后水毁修复工程建设的必要性。

Affected by the extraordinary flood in the flood season of 2021,the upstream slope,spillway,water conveyance tunnel and management facilities of the main dam of a reservoir are damaged to varying degrees.In order to ensure the successful completion of the subsequent flood control dispatching tasks and the safe operation of the project,the project needs to be repaired according to the damage.This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of a rehabilitation project for a reservoir damaged by flood from the aspects of eliminating hidden danger of flood control,improving water environment and restoring ecology,comprehensively regulating the environment,and strengthening the management of reservoirs and rivers.
