水库工程是关系国计民生的系统性工程项目,在国民经济发展中有着重要作用。在中国经济的不断发展中,政府对水库工程的建设和管理越来越重视,加快了水利工程项目的发展,为人们带来极大的便利。与此同时,在水库工程的后期管护中,由于缺乏完善的管护机制、配套设施老化严重、检修和维护工作不到位等问题,严重影响水利工程的利用率。管理养护作为水库工程运行的重要环节,应积极采取有效的措施,保证水库工程相关设施处于最佳使用状态。彰武水库是一座以防汛为主,兼顾工业、农业和生态供水的中型水库,但因其地理位置尤为重要,政府按照大型水库进行管理,由此可见彰武水库工程管理养护的重要性。基于此,文章阐述了水库工程管理养护的意义,并对彰武水库工程管理养护措施展开探究。

Reservoir engineering is a systematic engineering project related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,which plays an important role in the development of national economy.In the continuous development of China’s economy,the government pays more and more attention to the construction and management of reservoir projects,speeds up the development of water conservancy projects,and brings great convenience to people.At the same time,in the later management and maintenance of the reservoir project,the utilization rate of the water conservancy project is seriously affected due to the lack of perfect management and maintenance mechanism,serious aging of supporting facilities,inadequate repair and maintenance work and other problems.As an important link in the operation of the reservoir project,management and maintenance should actively take effective measures to ensure that the relevant facilities of the reservoir project are in the best use state.Zhangwu Reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir focusing on flood control and giving consideration to industrial,agricultural and ecological water supply.However,due to its particularly important geographical location,the government manages it according to large reservoirs,which shows the importance of the management and maintenance of Zhangwu Reservoir Project.Based on this,this paper expounds the significance of reservoir engineering management and maintenance,and probes into the management and maintenance measures of Zhangwu Reservoir engineering.
