某市小型水库存在的主要问题及解决措施

小型水库是某市地表水的重要来源,也是水环境的重要组成部分,承担着防洪、农业灌溉、饮用供水等多项功能。由于资金紧张,工程没有及时维修养护,工程和机电设备均出现了不同程度的问题。为推动小型水库工程维修养护项目的开展,规范维修养护项目的实施,2021年相关部门下达了市级水利发展资金,要求各县市区加快项目建设和预算执行。文章根据小水库具体情况,对该市32座小型水库工程维修养护进行了全面分析,总结出了存在的主要问题及解决措施。

Small reservoirs are an important source of surface water and an important part of water environment in a city.They are responsible for flood control,agricultural irrigation,drinking water supply and many other functions.Due to the shortage of funds,the project has not been repaired and maintained in time,problems of varying degrees have occurred in the engineering and electromechanical equipment.In order to promote the maintenance projects of small reservoir engineering and to standardize the implementation of maintenance projects,municipal water conservancy development funds was issued by relevant departments in 2021,requiring all counties and cities to accelerate project construction and budget execution.According to the specific situation of small reservoirs,a comprehensive analysis of the maintenance of 32 small reservoirs in the city is made,and the main problems and solutions are summarized in this paper.
