摘要 河道管理范围内建设项目的防洪影响评价有着重要的现实意义,防洪评价涉及多部门、多专业、多学科,情况复杂。非桥梁涉河建筑物侵占行洪面积,壅高上游水位,改变局部流态,给河道行洪和两岸堤防安全造成影响,非桥梁的涉河建筑物防洪影响评价,是保证河道行洪和堤防安全以及建筑物本身安全运行的关键,文章从实际工作角度出发,总结非桥梁涉河建筑物的壅水计算等方面技术问题,希望可以供相关部门参考,更有效地保障河道行洪安全,进而保障人民群众人身及财产的安全。 The flood control impact assessment of construction projects within the scope of river management has important practical significance.Flood control assessment involves multi-departments,multi-specialties and multi-disciplines,and the situation is complicated.Non-bridge river-related structures encroach on the flood discharge area,raise the upstream water level,change the local flow pattern,and affect the flood discharge of the river and the safety of embankments on both banks.The impact assessment of non-bridge river-related structures on flood control is the key to ensure the safety of flood discharge and embankments of the river and the safe operation of the buildings themselves.From the perspective of practical work,this paper summarizes the technical problems such as the calculation of backwater of non-bridge river-related structures.It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for relevant departments to more effectively ensure the safety of flood discharge in the river,and thus ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
