摘要
以曹家桥拱水坝水环境治理工程为例,在概述工程河道清淤疏浚治理的必要性和紧迫性的基础上,对河道疏浚底泥性能检测及固化改性的过程进行分析探讨。结果表明,CAS1型固化剂和CAS2型固化剂改性效果明显优于SC、FC、S1、M1等水泥系固化剂改性效果,且CAS型固化剂投加量在0.20%时改性效果最佳;改性处理后的底泥材料在力学性能等方面能完全满足路基填料施工要求,改性成本也比填料开采成本低;为河道清淤疏浚底泥的再生化利用提供了全新思路。
Taking Caojiaqiao Arch Dam Water Environment Treatment Project as an example,on the basis of summarizing the necessity and urgency of river dredging treatment,the process of performance detection and solidification modification of river dredging sediment are analyzed and discussed in this paper.The results show that the modification effects of CAS1 and CAS2 curing agents are better than those of SC,FC,S1 and M1.The modification effect of CAS curing agent is the best when the dosage of CAS curing agent is 0.2%.The modified sediment material can completely meet the requirements of roadbed filling construction in terms of mechanical properties.The cost of modification is lower than that of filling mining.It provides a new idea for the reclamation of dredged sediment from river dredging.
