摘要
以山西某水库工程为例,针对其混凝土面板坝浇筑施工过程中所出现的面板原施工缝贯穿裂缝、面板表层裂缝和面板深层裂缝等三类裂缝,区分不同裂缝宽度分别提出两种处治方案,并对两种宽度裂缝的处治过程进行了分析探讨。结果表明,水库工程在地区灌溉、供水、防洪及发电方面发挥着重要作用,混凝土面板堆石坝因施工技术水平、施工材料、过程控制等原因,出现裂缝的可能性非常大,必须采取有效措施应对处理,保证水库大坝安全稳定运行。
Taking a reservoir project in Shanxi Province as an example,two treatment schemes are proposed to distinguish different crack widths according to three types of cracks,such as penetrating crack,surface crack and deep crack,which appear during the construction of concrete face face dam pouring process.The treatment process of the two kinds of crack widths is analyzed and discussed.The results show that the reservoir project play an important role in irrigation,water supply,flood control and power generation.Due to the construction technology level,construction materials,process control and other reasons,the possibility of cracks is very large.It is necessary to take effective measures to deal with the problem and ensure the safe and stable operation of the reservoir dam.
