河道综合整治工程的建设期、生产运行期1-2年,极易造成严重的水土流失危害。为此,正确认识河道综合整治工程水土流失现状特点,评价工程建设潜在的水土流失隐患对区域土地资源、生态环境及河道水流等造成的综合影响。对河道堤岸、料场及弃渣场、施工场地及施工道路等多方面涉及河道综合整治主体工程水土保持防护功能的设施,按照公路、水利等行业设计标准规范进行规划设计,减少占压扰动的土地面积和损坏水土保持设施的面积;减少弃渣数量,防止滑塌等水土流失灾害发生。为进一步满足水土保持的要求,施工过程中的临时防护措施应当加强,使水土流失得到很好的抑制。经过对河道综合整治工程建设水土流失预测,科学实施河道综合整治工程建设水土流失防治设计,包括施工场地防治区水土保持措施设计、弃渣防治区水土保持措施设计、施工期临时防治水土保持措施设计。设计成果可为类似工程建设提供借鉴。

The construction period and production operation period of river comprehensive regulation project are 1~2 years,which can easily cause serious water and soil loss.Therefore,it is necessary to correctly understand the current situation and characteristics of water and soil loss of river comprehensive regulation project,and evaluate the comprehensive impact of potential water and soil loss on regional land resources,ecological environment and river flow.The facilities involved in the water and soil conservation protection function of the main project of comprehensive river improvement,such as river embankment,material yard and slag dump,construction site and construction road,etc,should be planned and designed in accordance with the design standards and specifications of highways,water conservancy and other industries,so as to reduce the area disturbed by pressure and the area damaged by water and soil conservation facilities.The quantity of abandoned slag should be reduced to prevent the occurrence of soil erosion disasters such as slump.In order to further meet the requirements of water and soil conservation,temporary protective measures during construction should be strengthened to well inhibit water and soil loss.Based on the prediction of water and soil loss in the construction of river comprehensive regulation project,the design of water and soil loss prevention and control of river comprehensive regulation project is scientifically carried out,including the design of water and soil conservation measures in the prevention and control area of the construction site,the design of water and soil conservation measures of construction site prevention and control area,the design of soil and water conservation measures of slag disposal prevention and control area,and the design of temporary soil and water conservation measures of construction period.The design results can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
