卫河河道治理规划与设计

河流是孕育人类文明的摇篮,是城市、农村生态环境的重要载体,在社会经济发展中发挥重要作用。对水利工程中而言,河道治理可以说是十分重要的一个环节,不仅可以防洪排水、还可以美化环境、带动经济发展等作用。随着河道长年的运行,由于人为和自然等方面因素,河道存在堵塞、淤积、变窄等方面问题,需要对河道进行治理。随着经济社会的发展,环境保护也受到了政府和有关部门的高度重视,河流治理开始转变为景观绿化、水利建设、防污治污等方面的综合治理,卫河的治理就是融入了这样的理念。文章介绍了卫河的基本情况,分析了卫河河道治理的必要性,提出了工程规划和河道治理工程设计。

River is the cradle of human civilization,an important carrier of urban and rural ecological environment,and plays an important role in social and economic development.In water conservancy projects,river regulation can be said to be a very important link,which can not only achieve flood control and drainage,but also beautify the environment and drive economic development.With the long-term operation of the river,due to human and natural factors,the river has problems such as blockage,siltation and narrowing,so the river needs to be treated.With the development of economy and society,environmental protection has also been highly valued by the government and relevant departments.River governance has begun to change into comprehensive governance in landscape greening,water conservancy construction,anti pollution and pollution control.The governance of Weihe River is integrated with this concept.This paper introduces the basic situation of Weihe River,analyzes the necessity of river regulation,and puts forward the project planning and river regulation project design.
