软体集雨水窖技术在朝阳地区推广应用

摘要 朝阳市地区十年九旱,水资源严重匮乏,以北票为试点,首次在朝阳地区推广软体水窖补充灌溉节水技术。文章详细介绍了软体水窖的结构、工作流程以及取得的显著成效,并对推广过程中出现的问题提出了相应解决措施,有效促进软体水窖在朝阳地区的推广应用。集雨水窖工程的实施,缓解了朝阳市水资源严重紧缺的现状,有效控制水土流失,保护生态环境,提高了雨水资源利用效率;投资小、见效快,有效促进林果业发展,提高果品质量和果农收入,促进乡村振兴,助力脱贫攻坚。 Chaoyang City has drought nine years out of ten,and water resources are seriously scarce.Taking Beipiao as a pilot,the software cellar supplementary irrigation water-saving technology was popularized in Chaoyang District for the first time.This paper introduces the structure,working process and remarkable achievements of soft water cellar in detail,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems in the process of popularization,which can effectively promote the application of soft water cellar in Chaoyang area.The implementation of rainwater collection cellar project alleviates the current situation of severe shortage of water resources in our city,effectively controls soil erosion,protects the ecological environment,and improves the utilization efficiency of rainwater resources.With small investment and quick results,it can effectively promote the development of forest and fruit industry,improve the quality of fruits and the income of fruit farmers,promote rural revitalization,and help fight poverty.
