Research and Application of Reservoir Safety Based on Integrated Delivery Technology

河南省目前水库数据的传输主要关注于物理站房、数据传输加密等方面的安全,网络层安全、数据层缺乏体系化的思考和规划,在面对新时期出现的内外部新型威胁力不从心。为了解决水库安全面临的综合风险,文章主要设计构建一套完整的水库安全监测平台,满足水库监测数据安全所需的安全能力。安全监测平台兼容监测站点已有的建设基础,实现在数据安全平台上无缝部署数据采集工控机软件,完成水库监测站点数据安全平台和中心端管控平台的建设,实现从“监控、防护”到“预警、运维、决策”一体化。通过一体化交付技术整合水库目前所需的安全能力,实现对水库监控、传输、管理和网络安全态势能力的综合管理的运维,提升水库网络安全综合管理效率。

At present,the transmission of reservoir data in Henan Province mainly focuse on the security of physical station building and data transmission encryption.There is a lack of systematic thinking and planning in the network layer security and data layer,and it is unable to cope with the new internal and external threats in the new era.In order to solve the comprehensive risk faced by reservoir safety,a complete set of reservoir safety monitoring platform to meet the safety capacity required for the safety of reservoir monitoring data is mainly designed and constructed in this paper.The safety monitoring platform is compatible with the existing construction foundation of the monitoring station,realizes the seamless deployment of data acquisition industrial computer software on the data security platform,completes the construction of the data security platform and the central control management and control platform of the reservoir monitoring station,and realizes the integration from monitoring and protection to early warning,operation and maintenance and decision-making.Through the integrated of the delivery technology to integrate the current required security capabilities of the reservoir,the operation and maintenance of the comprehensive management of reservoir monitoring,transmission,management and network security situation capacity can be realized,and the efficiency of comprehensive management of reservoir network security can be improved.
