摘要
利用三维有限元软件ANSYS对屋顶出线构架结构进行静力和动力计算,复核初拟杆件型式是否满足结构受力要求,分析地震作用对屋顶出线构架结构的影响。结果表明,该出线构架初拟杆件型式满足要求;屋顶出线构架结构的基频振型主要为上游副厂房的振动;地震工况时,出线构架的拉应力有较小增幅,上游副厂房的拉应力有较大增幅。因此,屋顶出线构架结构的设计中,需关注出线构架对下部副厂房框架结构的影响,确保屋顶出线构架整体结构承载能力满足要求。
Using the three-dimensional finite element software ANSYS,the static and dynamic calculation of the roof outlet frame structure is carried out to check whether the type of the initial fitting rod meet the structural stress requirements and the influence of earthquake action on the roof outlet frame structure is analyzed.The results show that the initial fitting rod type of the outlet frame meets the requirements.The fundamental frequency mode of the roof outlet frame structure is mainly come from the vibration of the upper secondary workshop.In the condition of earthquake,the tensile stress of the outlet frame increases slightly,while that of the upstream secondary plant increased greatly.Therefore,in the design of roof outlet frame structure,attention should be paid to the impact of outlet frame on the frame structure of the secondary workshop to ensure that the overall bearing capacity of roof outlet frame meets the requirements.
