Analysis on Management Automation to Improve Benefits

主要探究管理自动化在整个管理过程中的作用和提高的经济效益,以及现在已有应用和未来可能发展方向。由于被管理项目越来越复杂,对管理要求也越来越高,管理者应当将管理自动化应用在管理的过程中,来帮助管理团队解决一些需要不断迭代的和较为低级的问题,将更多资源运用在高级复杂的问题上,从而为工作带来更多的经济效益。目前已经投入管理应用的有数据驱动管理,图表管理,机器过程自动化和通信技术等。这些技术已经趋近成熟,并且管理的自动化在未来发展是十分可期的,将会占据越来越重要的地位,但人工在管理中的地位目前仍然是不可替代的。

The role and economic benefits improvement of automation in the whole process of management,as well as the existing applications and the possible development in the future are mainly explored in this paper.Nowadays,as the managed project is becoming more and more complex,the requirements for management are stricter.Managers should apply management automation in the process of management to help the project team solve some low-level problems and apply more resources to high-level and complex problems,so as to bring more economic benefits to the work.At present,data driven project management,chart management,machine process automation and communication technology have been put into management applications.These technologies have been approaching maturity,and the future development of automation in management is very impressive and will occupy an important position.However,the position of artificial in management is still irreplaceable.
