实例探析沥青混凝土心墙的施工损耗

Case Analysis on Construction Loss of Shalt Concrete Core Wall

施工损耗广泛运用于施工计划编排、资源配置、材料耗量核算、成本分析等方面;现行水利水电工程沥青混凝土心墙施工损耗在预算定额中为5%,与现行施工工艺、规范下的实际损耗存在较大差异,给相关工作造成不利影响,尤其是在沥青混凝土成本分析和作为甲供材核销中,分析结果难以客观、准确;针对这一问题,通过查找文献资料,并以敦化抽水蓄能电站项目数据为例分析,为类似项目施工损耗参数选取提供参考。

Construction loss is widely used in construction planning,resource allocation,material consumption accounting,cost analysis and so on.The construction loss of the asphalt concrete core wall of the current water conservancy and hydropower project is 5.00%in the budget quota,which is quite different from the actual loss under the current construction technology and code,which has an adverse impact on the related work.Especially in the cost analysis of asphalt concrete and the verification as materials supplied by Party,the analysis results are difficult to be objective and accurate.In order to solve this problem,by looking up the literature and taking the project data of Dunhua pumped storage power station as an example,this paper provides a reference for the selection of construction loss parameters of similar projects.
