Construction and Quality Control of High Pressure Jet Grouting

摘要 以某水利工程大坝坝体渗漏病害为背景,进行了高压喷射灌浆施工技术方案的设计,并对其大坝高压喷射灌浆施工及质量控制要点进行分析探讨,并采用开挖检查、钻孔检测及取芯样试验等方法进行了大坝防渗效果的检查。结果显示,高压喷射灌浆防渗墙属于隐蔽性工程,施工工艺复杂,且对方案设计及施工有较高要求,喷射灌浆凝结体在地层土体中直接形成,凝结体施工质量难以直接观察,必须采用科学合理的检测方法进行防渗加固施工效果检测,根据检测结果,该水利工程大坝坝体高压喷射灌浆加固防渗效果良好。 Based on the dam leakage disease of a water conservancy project,this paper designs the construction technical scheme of high-pressure jet grouting,analyzes and discusses the key points of high-pressure jet grouting construction and quality control,and checks the anti-seepage effect of the dam by means of excavation inspection,drilling detection and core sample test.The results show that the high-pressure jet grouting cutoff wall is a concealed project with complex construction technology and high requirements for scheme design and construction.The coagulant body of jet grouting is directly formed in the stratum soil,and it is difficult to directly observe the construction quality of the coagulant body.Therefore,scientific and reasonable detection methods must be adopted to detect the construction effect of anti-seepage reinforcement.According to the detection results,The dam body of the water conservancy project is reinforced by high-pressure jet grouting,and the anti-seepage effect is good.
