某水闸钢管桩围堰施工技术及质量控制 被引量:3

Construction Technology and Quality Control of Steel Pipe Pile Cofferdam for a Sluice

摘要 新的历史时期,随着中国社会经济的飞速发展,水利工程建设速度和水平也突飞猛进,作为水利基础设施的水闸也逐渐增多,而在水闸建设工程中会更多应用钢管桩围堰施工技术。为确保水闸工程的安全性和稳定性,根据工程地质等条件,设计采用钢板桩围堰施工技术对围堰进行建设。重点分析施工过程中钢板桩围堰施工、钢板桩加固、防渗土工膜铺设、桩间填土、钢板桩围堰安全防护、钢板桩围堰拆除等施工技术及工艺,能有效解决不断航施工的要求,减少征地、节约项目投资和缩短建设工期。以南方某重建闸站基础工程为例,介绍该工程的总体规划、设计方案,分析工程中钢管桩围堰施工技术,最后提出了质量控制的有效措施。 In the new historical period,with the rapid development of China’s social economy,the speed and level of water conservancy project construction are also advancing by leaps and bounds,and the number of sluices as water conservancy infrastructure is gradually increasing.The steel pipe pile cofferdam construction technology will be more applied in the sluice construction project.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the sluice project,according to the engineering geological conditions,the steel sheet pile cofferdam construction technology is designed to construct the cofferdam.This paper mainly analyzes the construction technology and process of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction,steel sheet pile reinforcement,anti-seepage geomembrane laying,filling between piles,safety protection of steel sheet pile cofferdam,and demolition of steel sheet pile cofferdam.Construction technology can not only effectively solve the requirements of construction without interruption of navigation,reduce land acquisition,save project investment and shorten construction period.Taking the foundation project of a reconstructed gate station in South China as an example,this paper introduces the overall planning and design scheme of the project,analyzes the construction technology of steel pipe pile cofferdam in the project,and finally puts forward effective measures for quality control.
